GenAI B2B SaaS turning product photos into on-model images for e-commerce sellers.

0-to-1 rewards program keeping buyers shopping across Shopify merchants in the Shop app.

Merchant offers that multiply buyers' Shop Cash, winning new buyers for Shopify merchants.
From groceries to ready-to-eat meals and a sip: Weee's one stop for the dinner table.
Weee had already built a mature grocery delivery network: drivers, routing and last-mile logistics. Rather than standing up a second operation, both verticals launched on that same network. The only new pieces were what each vertical uniquely needed, such as restaurant partners and alcohol licensing, which kept new investment minimal.

Took over AirBrush when nobody was actively maintaining it and rebuilt it around subscription, Meitu's first, backed by a full growth and experimentation framework.
Experience
2025 to present
Built ModeSens's product team and experimentation framework, then used them to launch the company's first paid membership, a new revenue stream.
2023 to 2024
Led Pixocial's first move into B2B SaaS: launched Vmake, an AI product-imagery tool for e-commerce sellers, and built the team, user research practice and free-to-paid funnel behind it.
2022 to 2023
Started from a founder's internal blog post with no product behind it. Launched Shop Cash within the first year and grew it into a rewards program spanning Shopify's merchants.
2020 to 2022
Spotted two unmet needs among Weee's grocery shoppers, takeout and drinks, then pitched and launched both as new business lines on the existing delivery network.
2018 to 2020
Took over AirBrush when it had no active owner and no traction. Rebuilt it around Meitu's first subscription model and turned it profitable.
2016 to 2018
Launched new 0-to-1 consumer apps for global markets, including Meitu's first AR-based social product.
2015 to 2016
Joined as the first product hire at a peer-to-peer marketplace startup and shipped the product from idea to launch, including its referral program.
